Monday.com

Monday.com is great for visual planning. Boards, timelines, dashboards β€” you can see everything at a glance. But one thing you can't see is whether customers actually care about the things on your board. That context usually lives in someone's head, or scattered across a dozen different tools. Pilea fixes that. When customer feedback comes in from any channel, you push it to Monday.com items with full context β€” a summary of what customers said, how many asked, and the revenue they represent. Your boards go from "things we think we should do" to "things our customers are telling us to do, ranked by impact." And because the sync is bidirectional, you're not just pushing stuff to Monday β€” status changes flow back to Pilea automatically. When an item moves from planning to in progress to done, Pilea knows. That means you can always answer the question "what happened with that request?" without digging through boards. For teams that live in Monday.com, this is the missing layer. You keep your visual workflows exactly as they are. Pilea just adds the customer evidence that makes every item on every board defensible.
